VO2

this workout was designed to look more at form, and focus on doing things the right way. Esp on pullups and snatches. From the video work, I have noticed that

Pullups:
8/6/5/5/6=30=3240kg

Snatches: :25/:25
40 sets, 16kg, 7 reps = 4480kg

Stats:
7720 kg = 16984 lbs

Elliptical: Hill workout, 20 min, level 20.
